KALFIN (Kalkulator Finansial) is a free iOS app that provides 6 specialized financial calculators designed for the Indonesian market. It helps you calculate mortgage payments (KPR), vehicle financing (KKB), and total cost of ownership for both new and used cars.

Yes, KALFIN is completely free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or hidden fees. All 6 calculators are available at no cost.

Absolutely. All calculations are performed entirely on your device. KALFIN does not collect, store, or transmit any personal or financial data to external servers. Your numbers never leave your phone. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

KALFIN uses standard financial formulas to produce estimates. While we strive for accuracy, actual loan terms, fees, and rates may differ from bank to bank. We recommend using KALFIN as a research tool and always verifying final numbers with your bank or financial institution before making any decisions.

KPR Konvensional is a conventional mortgage that uses interest-based calculations. The interest rate can be fixed or floating, and payments may change over the loan term.

KPR Syariah is an Islamic mortgage based on the Murabahah (cost-plus) principle. The bank purchases the property and sells it to you at a pre-agreed markup. The total price is fixed from the start, with no interest-based compounding, making payments predictable throughout the term.

The Total Biaya calculators (for both new and used cars) go beyond the purchase price. They factor in depreciation, annual insurance, yearly taxes (PKB), maintenance and service costs, fuel expenses, and the opportunity cost of your capital. This gives you a comprehensive view of how much a vehicle truly costs to own over time.

Opportunity cost represents what your money could have earned if invested elsewhere instead of being used for the vehicle purchase. For example, if you spend Rp 300 million on a car, that money could have been invested in deposits or mutual funds. KALFIN calculates this to help you understand the true financial impact of your purchase decision.

KALFIN requires iOS 16.0 or later. It is compatible with iPhone. The app is optimized for all iPhone screen sizes.

Currently, KALFIN is only available on iOS. We may consider an Android version in the future based on user demand. Stay tuned for updates.
